Defence Standard 59-411 DCS06
The Conformity Assessment Business Model DCS06 Test Generator has been designed to operate with it’s complimentary injection clamp to fully meet the pulse requirements of DCS06 when tested in to a 5Ω load. It operates from an intuitive touch screen interface and has full phase synchronisation up to 800 Hz input frequency with 1 degree steps. It has been designed with future revisions of the test standard in mind.
The Conformity Assessment Business Model DCS06 Clamp is designed and tuned for optimal operation in the 100 kHz frequency range and provides efficient coupling of the Defence Standard 59-411 DCS06 pulse to the EUT at voltages up to 1 kV (single turn output) and 4 kV (4 turn output). A single turn monitor loop is provided for pulse amplitude measurement during test.
The Conformity Assessment Business Model DCS12 Test Generator meets all the DCS12 wave verification parameters for testing DC, single and three phase equipment, that is source impedance and verification of damping and frequency when measured into a 10 Ω load. Output amplitude is software adjustable with permanent memory, should re-alignment be needed during calibration.
The Conformity Assessment Business Model DCS05 Test Generator produces all the required pulses 0.5 MHz through to 50 MHz. The Generator is fully controlled by touch screen interface and comes as standard ready to test at NEMP levels.
The test clamp and Jig have been designed specifically to Compliment The Conformity Assessment Business Model DCS05 Test Generator. The 10 Ohm jig has it's own internal load that is it's impedance verified up to 50 MHz and is capable of continuous use at NEMP test levels. A suitable pulse attenuator is supplied with the clamp for testing to some of the lower switching levels.
